Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist and support merchandising activities, including vendor identification and qualification, sourcing, quality assurance, laboratory testing/ approval, and logistics coordination according to product development briefs.
• Perform order tracking, coordinates samples, oversees WIP timeline
• Assist in the packaging artwork creation and approval processes
• Perform data entry and other administrative and clerical services in the department
• Handle ad hoc assignment whenever necessary

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Requirements:

• Associate Degree/Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 1 year’s work experience, preferably gained from retail, trading or buying office
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Well versed with MS word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point & Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and strong attention to details
