Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management
• Keep track of deadlines, outstanding payments, delivery dates
• Monitor the logistics and mode of transportations
• Support the production teams by overviewing purchase orders and shipping
• Support the Logistics team
• Handle special requests from customers
• Input orders from external customers into AX and overseeing AX orders from BD office
• Read and understand guidelines from customers and pointing out sensitive aspects
• Send out Parcels
• Administrative work
• Set up showroom
  
• Sample management
• Writing SOPs for internal operations 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 4 years relevant working experience, preferable in Apparel industry
• Sense of ownership, motivated self-learner
• Excellent team player with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric with good communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Chinese
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
