The Role:

We’re looking for a Merchandising Executive to support our Regional Merchandising Manager with maintaining and communicating APAC line list updates, sample orders and sell-Through data. You’ll work closely with Distributor Markets, UK Product and Operations teams to manage APAC’s seasonal line plan, sell-in, forecasts and orders with the goal of exceeding the APAC Sales budget.

You’ll already have some experience in a junior merchandising role and be looking for the next step in your career. As well as being a great communicator you’ll have excellent analytical skills, you’ll be comfortable working with numbers and data and using it to inform decisions within your team.

The Responsibilities:

• Update APAC seasonal line list monthly after Forecasts and Buy window closes
• Communicate product line updates with Sales, Marketing and Distributors when required.
• Compile monthly sell through data from Distributors for Merchandising Manager’s analysis to develop future range plans
• Manage Salesmen Samples: coordinate Distributors orders, maintain APAC Salesmen Samples display, storage and disposal and track loans to Distributors, Sales and Marketing.
• Assist Merchandising Manager to prepare seasonal Sell- in tools
• Perform any other ad-hoc support as and when required

The Person:

• Experience in merchandising and merchandising techniques in a global retail brand
• You’ll be a Junior Merchandiser looking for your next challenge in a regional role.
• Competency in English; both written and spoken
• Attention to details, with strong analytical and Excel skills
• Proven track record in supporting efficient working processes in a fast-growing company
• Strong communication skills at all levels and across functions and cultures
• A self-starter and problem solver
• Team player
• Flexible to travel as needed (Regional / 5%)
