Role& Responsibilities:

• Monitor the sales and stock by taking appropriate action, eg. merchandise consolidation, replenishment ,markup/down product
• Keep abreast of market trends by researching and working closely with product development team and vendor to ensure the market satisfaction
• Negotiate with vendors on price, product quality and delivery schedule to maintain reasonable margin for the company
• Work closely with operations and marketing team to formulate effective promotion and marketing plan
• Provide trend and product training to frontline staff regularly

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Fashion, Business, Retail operations or related discipline
• At least 4 years’ related experience in fashion industry 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive, reliable, independent and open minded
• Strong fashion and market sense with good analytical mind and communication skills
• Immediately available preferred
