Job Description

Job Duties:

*  Issue and follow up quotation / P.O. / delivery schedule, etc.

*  Product sourcing, price and terms negotiation with suppliers

*  Act as a coordinator between suppliers and buyers for shipment sample and delivery schedule

*  Prepare budget and tender documentation

*  Support for daily operation and ad-hoc assignment

*  Some outdoor work may be required

Requirement:

*  F.5 - F.7, DSE, Assoicate Degree or Higher Diploma

*  3-5 years related purchasing experience is preferred

*  Proficient with MS Outlook, Word Excel and Chinese Input (速成或倉頡)

*  Can work on own initiative, well-organized and responsible

*  Immediate available or short notice is an advantage

*  Salary will be commensurated with working experience

*  Office location at Quarry Bay, 5.5 days work per week, year-end bonus and group medical
