The Senior Manager, E-Commerce is accountable for the P/L of the e-commerce business in the USA.  He / She is responsible to grow online business revenue and profit and brings focused passion, drive and enthusiasm to product selection, marketing, logistics, sales, and awareness.   The Senior Manager, E-Commerce will re-brand the company’s website and drive core strategic initiatives to grow and scale the business. Able to communicate clearly and work well across an organization, the Senior Manager will regularly interact with US and Hong Kong-based e-commerce and marketing departments with cross functional reporting to the General Manager of North America and the Global Head of E-Commerce.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage top-line sales while boosting profit results of our e-business in USA
• Drive sales, marketing and promotion strategies deployed on the site
• Deliver frequent updates to the website’s front page, categories copy, images and promotional pages
• Work with overseas partners and colleagues to coordinate website revisions and global e-commerce promotions
• Manage customer service portion of website – adding important FAQs, manuals and other marketing materials
• Manage extranet for sales and marketing personnel & develop processes to ensure quality control and accuracy
• Provide technical and strategic guidance for other web-based projects within the company
• Identify areas of growth or useful technologies/partners to consider in growing e-commerce sales

Job Requirements:

• With US citizenship or work permit is a must
• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years website management experience including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email marketing and other online advertising
• Work effectively with marketing plans, reports and presentations
• Facilitate cross-functional teams through simultaneous projects
• Develop and manage commerce-based websites with measurable success
• Produce exceptionally well-written, organized and managed projects
• Apply sound working knowledge of current web publishing and design practices
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as E-Commerce Manager
• Based in Portland, Oregon State, United States
