Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing purchase orders, delivery schedule and control quality of goods, inventory control and cost management
• Cooperate and coordinate closely with central kitchen, warehouse and shop outlets on product quality and order requisitions
• Assist with developing new suppliers and maintain good working relationships with existing suppliers
• Assist in maintaining stock management and ordering system
• Provide daily administrative support to Purchasing Department
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• With passions in food industry and purchase
• At least 2 years' solid purchasing experience gained from sizable Hospitality / Food & Beverage or FMCG industry
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge in POS and ERP system advantageous
• Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
