o Job Description/Requirement 

• Description  

• Customer liaison and support
• Handling orders and monitor production process
• Prepare quotations and invoices
• Handle customer inquiries and email correspondence 
• Arrange and coordinate shipment/delivery, communicate with factory and production team for order status.
• Support at local jewellery shows as required

Requirements 

• Form 5 or above 
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in jewellery industry is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft office, word, excel, etc.
• Well-organized, hard working and self motivated, pleasant, independent.
• Immediate availability is preferred
