Our client is a leading High-tech consumer electronic products company.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor 3rd party mobile phone Refurbishment (RB) Center
• Provide support to the RB Center to ensure operation smoothness
• Daily monitor spare part back orders
• Control the RB Center spare parts inventory
• Manage the expensive spare part (i.e. PBA/ LCD) usage rate
• Conduct used spare parts collection and return to factory
• Handle enquiries on the RB process/status/figures/issue from all relate parties.

Requirements:

• Degree in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Solid experience and knowledge in service operations, preferable in telecom or consumer electronics industry
• Minimum 3 years' related working experiences
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer, Spare Parts
