Responsibilities:

The candidate will assist the daily operation of our subsidiary office in Japan:

• Develop our business by conducting research on suppliers and latest trend in the market
• Build partnership with supplier for growth of business
• Monitor supplier’s performance
• Co-ordinate and arrange suppliers R&D event, and supplier visit to / from HK
• Monitor special sourcing project development and track progress
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned
• Work closely with office in HK

Requirements:

• University graduate in business
• 5-7 years procurement experience in sizeable organization, food and beverage, retail industry
• High mobility is a must
• Good command of both spoken & written Japanese and English
• Well organized with good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Highly independent, self-motivated and attention to details

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
