The incumbent will be working in our Replenishment Solutions team doing data management to facilitate our regular reporting and analysis:

• Manage customer database
• Maintain program profile
• Perform data file conversion and upload customer data weekly
• Perform data analysis and customer research as assigned
• Support publishing scorecard reports and workflow documentation

Requirements

• Undergraduate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management/Operations Management/Computer Science
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Strong in Microsoft Excel
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese; conversational in Putonghua is preferred
