Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular business review with business owners/clients
• Conduct performance analysis to support decision making
• Work closely with clients to clarify requirements and follow up
• Evaluate information gathered and reconcile conflicts, provides added-value advice to formulate the requirements and insight for management review
• Prepare regular financial and segment reports for performance management
• Prepare relevant project documents or specifications
• Work closely with internal/external parties to review operational efficiency and initiate process improvement and controls
• Normalize source data input for database maintenance
• Build business analysis model and forecasting models
• Design and apply calculations for all sorts KPIs from business activities
• Visualize the analysis result in charts and diagrams
• Manage projects deliverables in a timely manner

 Skills and Qualifications

• Top Tier University Graduate Degree Holder
• Degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Mathematics with specialization in Statistical methods and forecasting or other related disciplines
• 7+ year’s experience in related industry
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience in building forecasting models, including multivariate regression analysis using a classic approach or using Python and/or other machine learning languages
• Proficient Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft SQL Azure, SSAS or ERP is a definite plus
• Microsoft Certified BI Reporting holder is definitely an advantage
• Deep understanding of technology trends and their business application
• Self-motivated and team player
• Able to work under pressure
