Responsibilities

• Support the group in complying with Listing Rules in Hong Kong
• Handle full range of company secretarial matters for the group
• Lead the company secretarial team
• Handle listed company affairs including annual/interim, circulars and announcements
• Handle various corporate transactions of the group
• Liaise with professional advisors and various government authorities/ regulators
• Perform any other company secretarial related assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or equivalent discipline
• Member of ICSA/HKICS only
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, corporate governance requirements and SFO
• At least 5 years or above similar experience in legal or company secretary field, preferably in HK listed companies
• Positive attitude, mature, independent and able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel to PRC
• Immediately available is preferred
