My Client is a leading HK Listed Group, well established and a key player in the energy sector in Greater China.

 

 

This Role 

• As a key part of the Company Secretarial Department, ensure that the Group is in compliance with all relevant company secretarial requirements
• Ensure that Main Board Listing Rules requirements (including notifiable transactions and connected transactions), are fully adhered to by the Group to ensure overall good governance
• Organize shareholders’ meetings, prepare Board Papers, and regulatory reporting for Directors, Corporate Governance, minutes, announcements, circulars, etc.

 

The Person 

• Member of ICSA / HKICS
• Minimum 12 years’ post qualifying company secretarial experience in sizable listed company
• You will have a sound knowledge of Companies Ordinance, Main Board Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance etc. and preferably knowledge of PRC company laws
• Effective communicator in written / spoken English and Chinese, - Putonghua would be advantageous
