Job Description
7 headcounts in total from Assistant Research Manager to Research Director Level, base Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China
Main Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for develop and maintain overall business relationship with key clients assigned.
Able to communicate and handle the senior levels of the key clients to strengthen client
Be responsible for develop and maintain overall business relationship with key clients assigned.

Responsible for overall quality of all projects in the team.
Be the advisor on technical matters of the team/unit (or able to seek appropriate support at cross-functional, company or group level).
Responsible for team organizational planning and development.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor degree and above, major in Marketing or Statistics would be a plus.
Experience:
Mastery of various methodologies and techniques of marketing research.
Solid experienced in client engagement.
Solid experience in providing various project solution in high complexity.
Experience in leading teams.
Minimum 9 years marketing research related experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
Marketing or Marketing research knowledge is a must.
Excellent in Chinese and English speaking and writing.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Business development capability.
Leadership skills.
Project Management skills.
Learning agility.
