Responsibilities:

Reporting to CFO:

• Perform corporate secretarial functions for Hong Kong and offshore companies;
• Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory filings;
• Maintain proper statutory books and records;
• Prepare meeting agenda, meeting minutes, annual reports, announcements and circulars;
• Organize board meetings, committee meetings, general meeting;
• Coordinate professional parties such as lawyers, share registrar etc.
• Provide support to ad hoc projects and assignments;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• Student member of HKICS / ICSA will be considered
• 5+ years relevant experience in HK listed companies / professional firms
• Familiar with Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, SFO
• Well organized with strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of both English and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Company Secretary Senior Manager.
