Job Description:

Handle legal matters in relation to commercial, business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance matters;

Provide legal advice and support for the management on all legal matters across the company and its subsidiaries and affiliates;

Draft, review and comment on a full range of legal and commercial documents;

Assist in the handling of litigation, arbitration, and other contentious matters;

Prepare lecture materials and record teaching videos according to the OLQE project scheduling plan;

Provide study plan and answer questions for OLQE candidates;

Perform ad-hoc assignments or projects as required.

Requirements:

A bachelor degree in Law or above;

Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with at least 2 years of litigation experience;

Proven knowledge, skills, and experience in handling commercial transactions (including joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions), business contracts, corporate and commercial financing, criminal offenses, settlement of claims and disputes;

Outstanding organizational and analytical skills and the ability to work efficiently to achieve deadlines and goals;

Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively both in daily work and during negotiations;

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is MUST.

Can work at Shenzhen headquarter in the first month (accommodation provided), then work at Hong Kong office or at home.
