Responsibilities: 

Assist in handling company secretarial and related matters for our listed companies and their subsidiaries

Requirements:

• 3-4 years relevant secretarial experience, preferably with listed companies or professional firms
• HKICS student member or graduate, preferably ACIS
• detail-minded, meticulous, self-motivated and able to work independently in delivering quality works and meeting deadlines
• good command of written English and Chinese
• good hands on knowledge in MS Office application

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Secretarial Assistant / Secretarial Assistant. 

We work 5 days per week.
