Responsibilities:-

-  Provide support to solicitors for preparation of legal documents including word-processing, editing and photocopying etc.

-  Assist in handling conveyancing projects/files

-  Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team

-  Communicate with clients and relevant parties

-  Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:-

-  5 years' secretarial experience in conveyancing practice

-  Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and basic Putonghua

-  Proficient in PC applications and Chi. word processing

-  Good interpersonal and communications skills

-  Pleasant, meticulous, well-organized, detail-minded and being a good team player

** Immediately available or on short notice is preferred
