Our client is a listed manufacturer with strong parent company being one of the largest manufacturer around the globe; they have been working closely with brand names synonymous with world's leading FMCG. Their Hong Kong office is seeking for a Senior Legal Executive / Legal Executive (Listed Manufacturing Group | MNC | Regional Exposure | Work Life Balance) responsible for legal and compliance matters for the Group, including but not limited to drafting, reviewing, commenting and negotiating various commercial contracts and M & A projects, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal support for various business units across multiple geographies in region
• Assisting Legal Manager in handling full range of commercial and legal related documentations and contracts
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, commenting and negotiating various commercial contracts and M & A projects
• To assist in conducting legal research and formulate legal advice to internal departments
• Supervising and liaising with external law firms to ensure service delivery in a timely manner

Requirements

• LLB holder or legal qualification equivalence 
• 5 years' related legal experiences, preferably from listed firms, Law firms and professional services group etc 
• Strong drafting and research skills and with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Prepared to assume a wider leadership path 
• Possess good planning, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with different levels of people
• Matured personality; strong professionalism and long-term view towards career development
• Fluent in English and Chinese
