Job Responsibilities:

- Support the group in complying with Listing Rules in Hong Kong

- Assist to handle full range of company secretarial matters for the group

- Assist to handle listed company affairs including annual/interim, circulars and announcements

- Assist to handle various corporate transactions of the group

- Liaise communication and documentation between various parties and jurisdictions

- Perform any other job duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or equivalent discipline

- Member of ICSA/HKICS

- Knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, corporate governance requirements and SFO

- 7 years or above relevant experience in legal or company secretary field, preferably in multinational or HK listed companies

- Energetic, mature, independent and able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

- Willing to travel to PRC

- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Company Secretarial Manager
