Our client is a Hong Kong sizable listed companies

Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters
• Organize board meeting, committee and shareholders meetings
• Prepare annual reports, interim reports and quarterly reports and drafting announcements, circulars and board minutes
• Review all legal and corporate secretarial documents for the company
• Advise the Management and Board directly on all relevant compliance issues

Requirements:
• Degree holder in related discipline and a qualified member of ICSA/ HKICS
• Solid company secretarial experience gained from sizable companies
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, Companies Ordinance and other statutory requirements
• Detail minded, meticulous, self-motivated & well organized
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
