Responsibilities :

• Manage property-related projects, monitor price quotations, fitting-out work and tendering exercises, including documentation, tender opening, work completion and defects rectification
  
• Prepare regular reports, managing files, coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handling inquiries and complaints
• Manage property sales / leasing projects; prepare relevant reports and analyze for Management’s review
• Support senior staff in executing various strategies and operational planning in assigned portfolios
• Assist in asset management by referencing to the best practices in town and manage the selected vendors
• Identify business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
• Collect market data, analyses market trend mix, tenant structure viability and tenancy terms
• Ensure a smooth flow of communication and coordination with all stakeholders
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements :

• University graduate from Property / Facility / Real Estate / Business Management or related disciplines
• 5 years related experience including 3 years in-depth experience in real estate, facility management, leasing or related sectors
• Well versed in related ordinance such as Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant and related ordinances in HK, China, US, UK or Japan to start with
• Good business acumen, strong presentation and data analytic skills
• Quick learner, able to transfer current knowledge to other setting and with an ability to raise questions to solicit input locally and overseas
• Understand the importance and legal origin in compliance, assessment, surveying etc in both private and public sector. Previous experience in dealing with public sector is an advantage
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
