Responsibilities

• Forge relationships with property owners, contractors and building occupants, execute proactive oversight, investigate and respond to/handle emergencies
• Manage daily property requirements and maintain long-range capital improvements planning through regular inspections of properties for damage, contractor effectiveness, and areas of improvement
• Plan and manage property operating budget, scheduling expenses, initiate corrective measures and prepare reports/analysis
• Ensure business operation is in full compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines with professional qualifications an advantage
• At least 8 years’ of experience in property management with >2 years supervisory experience
• Well versed in BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Strong leadership/ interpersonal/ communication/ organizational skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
