Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day property management functions;
• Handle residents’ complaints / enquiries;
• Provide clerical support to the daily operation to the estate.

Job Requirements:

• Lever 3 or above in five subjects in the HKDSEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; or
• Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3/Grade C or above in three other subjects in the HKCEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; and
• At least one year working experience in the field of Public Housing Management in Hong Kong;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.
• Working Location: Tsuen Wan / Hung Hom / Tai Po.
