Job Description

Job responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
• Liaise, connect with and maintain a consistent professional relationships with existing clients to establish possibilities of further collaboration with them
• Understand clients’ requirements
• Stay connected with the market and be updated with any changes
• Responsible for handling all related documentation work
• Arrange schedules of property visiting for clients
• Explain and share details of specific properties and provide professional consulting services to clients, property owners and tenants
• Site inspections, to access viability and potential for selling, purchasing and leasing
• Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients

Job requirements

• EAA license holder is an advantage.持牌地產代理
• Relevant work experience in sales/ property/ relevant industries, preferably in real estate
• Sales orientated, driven, energetic and determined
• Can work independently and be self-motivated
• Passionate, fall in love with your work!
• Good command of spoken Cantonese , English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Immediate available is preferable
