Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management levels
• Develop long-term relationship with premium customers and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist in project management and operation
• Discover potential clients and market
• Carry out any duties assigned by managers

Requirements

• Degree or above qualification in any disciplines, oversea education background will be shortlisted
• At least 2 years’ working experience, preferably in administrative secretary field, less experienced will be considered as Assistant Manager Trainee
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
• Eager to learn, hard-working, proactive, responsible and ambitions
• Good at problem solving, able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel), as well as Chinese word processing
