Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist daily operations, liaison, administration in management office
- Coordinating with tenants and contractors
- Handover leased premises to tenants
- Handling customers' inquiries & complaints
Requirements
- Diploma or above, Major in Property Management / English / Translation would be an advantage
- 3 years working experience in Property Management in Grade A commercial building / shopping arcade
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese Word Processing
