Job Purpose

Build iconic destination for tenants/shoppers/neighborhood that offers new shopping, leisure and “living” experience. Develop new concepts and finding new tenants for new space & existing space. Release the potential of the community/area in the Lee Gardens portfolio, create it as another attraction to tie all the assets as Lee Gardens (LG) brand and community. Pull together all the key elements to curate the LG ambience and values.

Responsibilities

• Transform the district surrounding Lee Gardens (LG) into a vibrant mix of attraction composed of revitalized traditional trades, independent & global brands, unique lifestyle & cultural elements, and contemporary service apt and appealing F&B choices for visitors and locals.
• Introduction of NEW TO THE MARKET brands and concepts to our non-core assets.
• Strategic collaboration with 3rd party for new sources of tenants
• Collaborate with Corp Communication, Marketing and Projects for area branding 
• Involve in feasibility studies for new business initiatives
• Upkeep the quality standards of property management and services provided to tenants
• Responsible for the operations and P&L for special project and low rise areas

Requirements

An outstanding individual who can transform the consumer experience in the Lee Gardens assets by bringing in new and exciting business ideas. The successful job incumbent will possess a profile consistent with the following:

• Strong leasing and property management experience, preferably in retail and/or F&B
• Well-developed networks in the market with the ability to access different brands internationally
• Strong entrepreneur spirit. Incubate the business of tenants and proactively support them in their business planning, brand building and operations before and after commitment by tenants
• Upbeat and strong insights on the latest trends and changes in the consumer markets
• Can think out of the box, able to conceptualize and bring new business ideas to fruition
• Fast-paced, proactive, persistent and willing to take calculated risk
• Capable of presenting a strong business case to obtain buy-in from senior management, colleagues and business partners
• Superior communication and collaborative skills, able to work well with people
• Understand LG area and LG brand and relationships amongst LG malls to curate the mix of tenants and in turn curates the malls and the entire area
