Responsibilities

• Responsible for Accounts Payable activities
• Perform AP invoice and journal bookings into the accounting system
• Review and verify payment requests and vendor invoices with proper payment authorizations and approvals
• Assist in month-end closing, reconciliation, cash flow forecast
• Liaise and interact with external and internal parties to manage any outstanding AP issues
• Maintain, review and monitor Accounts Payable Aging Reports, ensuring payments credit terms with vendors are observed
• Assist in Budgeting and Forecasts and subsequent performance and cost analysis
• Participate in ad-hoc projects for system enhancement, implementation and business process re-engineering
  
  

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in sizable companies 
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Strong work ethics, good communication and organization skill, and the ability to work independently in a team framework
