Responsibilities:

• To monitor the day-to-day performance of external property management agents to URA standards and specifications
• To monitor diligently the price quotations and tendering exercises including documentation, tender opening, work completion and defects rectification for all property maintenance and repairs works proposed by external property service managers and contractors, or requested by tenants / licensees
• To prepare works order and monitor approved works orders executed by external property service managers and supervise satisfactory completion of building maintenance works on time, within budget and to the required specification
• To scrutinize proposals on fitting-out works by tenants
• To prepare and execute property sales of the Authority’s projects; monitor sale launch, progress of sales, leasing and promotional activities; prepare relevant status reports and analysis of performance for Management’s review
• To prepare regular reports, managing files, coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handling inquiries and complaints
• To provide inputs to development of Smart City, environmentally sustainable and place-making initiatives
• To collect market data, analyses market trend mix, tenant structure viability and tenancy terms
• To carry out other duties as may be assigned by supervisors of the Division/ Department from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma / Higher Certificate holder or equivalent in Surveying, Housing Studies, Building Services or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the relevant field
• Relevant professional qualification such as membership in housing management or surveying will be an added advantage
