Our client is an international realty company and they are looking for the following position:

Job Description

• Work with global counterparts on group-wide business initiatives
• Assist Manager to source appropriate Japanese property projects and build up stocks for sales
• Marketing the property through advertising and various media channels
• Contact potential investors through calls and email to generate new leads, sales and offer consultancy service
• Conduct research and analysis of the Japanese property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability
• Provide professional after-sale service in order to maintain client relationship and reputation

The Successful Applicant

• Proficient in Cantonese and English is a must, fluent Japanese is most preferred
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, analytical minded, results oriented individual with good business acumen
• Currently located in Hong Kong
• A year of overseas property sales experience will be preferred, EAA licence is not required
