Responsibilities:

• Handle the leasing matters for retail shopping mall in PRC, including liaison with international / local famous brands, estate agents, 
• Develop close relationships with key tenants
• Assess leasing proposals carefully to ensure an effective trade mix aligned with the portfolio's positioning
• Stay on top of market trends and to work closely with the Marketing and Promotion teams in enhancement works
• Formulating leasing strategy and conducting marketing research etc.
• frequent travel to various PRC cities is necessary. 
• Develop relationships with leading retailers
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Real Estates, Business or any related discipline
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in handling property leasing, as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management people independently.
• Experience in retail / property management projects in PRC an advantage
• Fluent Putonghua and English as well as good negotiation and interpersonal skills 
• Frequent Travelling is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
