Client Details
Our client is a private investor with on-going residential developments in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a department head to look after both their developments as well as their investment properties.
Responsibilities
- In charge of all sales & marketing functions of the company’s residential projects in Hong Kong and Overseas.
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies including pricing, marketing positioning, distribution, sales administration and post-sales management.
- Plan and drive marketing campaigns, including product naming, sales brochures, marketing collaterals, advertising materials as well as media liaison.
- Supervise team to provide comprehensive research and in-depth analysis on the latest market trends and government policies
- Participate in feasibility studies for land acquisition and recommend appropriate flat size and flat mix design for development
- Oversee the leasing activities and asset management of the company’s investment properties
- Monitor and motivate property agents, service providers and consultancies in ensuring that the sales and leasing strategies are executed effectively.
Requirements
- Tertiary Educated in Surveying, Marketing or related disciplines
- 15+ years of relevant experience with property developers
- Experience in handling large scale residential projects as well as luxury properties in Hong Kong
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in leading a team
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
