Responsibilities: 

• Direct the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality, Safety & Health, and Environmental Management System for compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 10002:2014.
• Drive initiatives and programs on quality assurance and control, safety and health, and environmental management to improve quality, costs and overall efficiency; provide advice on the overall quality standards of the services delivered by the department.
• Implement strong feedback mechanism across departments and site staff concerning training, compliance and quality assurance to ensure staff and management are aware of results and areas for improvement.
• Guide the data management and analysis of non-compliance/ area for improvement to identify the performance trend and potential risks to serve as a reference within the department.
• Source and introduce new technology and method on quality assurance and control, safety and health, and environmental management to pursuit service excellence.
• Serve on related committees and report on the performance of all properties.
• Monitor the performance of 3 sub-teams: quality system, safety and health and internal audit to enhance the overall quality assurance performance.
• Establish, implement and promote occupational safety and health objectives, policies and standard operating procedures in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Assist Top Management to establish and follow up on the implementation of KPIs for all managed properties.
• Supervise direct reports and provide guidance to site managers on responsible matters.
• Coordinating the planning, execution and administration of NFPM Institute (Training) and conducting training on Integrated Management System to increase staff awareness of related requirement.
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management/Estate Studies/Property Management (or related disciplines).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance for sizeable property portfolio of commercial/ residential/industrial premises, with 5 years of managerial experience.
• Total Quality Management certificate/Registered Safety Auditor/ISO internal auditor qualified (or related professional qualifications).
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Putonghua is preferred.
