Job Description

Responsible for the overall management of daily operations of a new, sizable residential development and supervision of an on-site team, along with outsourced contractors and service providers, with a view to delivering high quality property management services to the customers and maintaining all-round good relationships for the estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management and execution of property management service duties
  • Pre-management preparations, operation set-up and property takeover/handover
  • Budget preparation, income and expenditure control
  • Review service contracts and monitor the quality of service contractors
  • Attend to customer’s needs and enquiries and maintain good relationship with owners/residents and Owners’ Committee/Incorporation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ordinances and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with company standard SOPs
  • Ensure satisfactory performance of on-site property management, customer service, maintenance, security and cleaning staff etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate Management or related disciplines, best with relevant professional qualifications, e.g.MCIH, MHKIH, MRICS, etc.
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in the property management field, of which minimum 5 years at managerial level
  • Well-versed with relevant ordinances and Integrated Management System (IMS) with ISO 9001, Safety 18000 and environmental 14000
  • Experiences in pre-management preparations and handover of residential properties an advantage
  • Strong leadership with good interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Positive and pro-active, service-oriented with excellent customer and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
  • Hands-on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
