Responsibilities:  

• To be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio
• Handle enquiries, complaints, information requests and resolve problems arising from tenants or clients.
• Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
• Occasional site visits are required
• Collate service quotation for client approval and maintain control of approved costs under the client’s account
• Prepare regular / ad hoc reports as appropriate
• Identify and implement initiatives that will benefit the day-to-day operation
• Other duties as required by the company from time to time

 Requirements:  

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates with solid customer service experience will also be considered
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good problem solving, communication and listening skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
