Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational, clerical work, administrative support to the supervisor, maintain efficient and effective work procedures;
  • Answer enquiries and provide information to tenants and prospective clients;
  • Assist in handling and checking lease documents;
  • Arrange and conduct property inspection; coordinate handover/ repossession of premises;
  • Assist to communicate with property agencies on property sales and marketing matters;
  • Monitor and report the progress of property maintenance, coordinate with Project Team on property renovation, maintenance and the fitting-out work of tenants.

 

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Diploma or above in Real Estate, Property/ Facility Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 2- 3 years leasing and property management experience;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy working in a team environment;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, diligent and positive in attitude;
  • Adaptable to a fast paced environment; flexible and willing to learn.
  • Proficient in use of PC and familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing, etc.
  • Good knowledge of indoor or outdoor photos shooting is a must;
  • Good English and Chinese writing skills.
