• 中五或以上程度，良好中英文溝通能力；
• 三年或以上物業管理或保安督導工作經驗；
• 須有良好禮貌及服務態度；
• 具服務行業或文書工作經驗更佳；
• 具領導才能及良好人際關係；
• 負責物業管理督導及客戶服務工作；
• 持「保安人員許可證」及「認可保安訓練課程證書」優先考慮；
• 須穿制服及9小時輪班工作。
