Job Duties : 

• Conduct market research for recommendation in new locations and Market research and bench-marking analysis
• Handle daily leasing matters and buildings good relationships with tenants
• Good networking with real estate agent and good analytical mind

Requirements:

• Diploma or above 
• 5 years' relevant experience in leasing of commercial / industrial buildings is preferable.
• Candidates with landlord / developer would be an advantage
• Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills. 
• Strong initiative and customer orientation.
• Proven English and computer proficiency.
