We are currently helping a fast growing O2O digital property agency start-up company to aggressively recruit 5 newly created openings in Business Development Trainee position, in order to support their business expansion in HK market.

Job duties

Reporting to CEO/ Business Development Director, you will receive proper on-the-job training from line manager to develop your fundamental commercial knowledge of property market in Hong Kong. You will be trained to get proper agency qualification/ certificates and you will be coached on how to professionally pitch high potential customers for business opportunities. You will support the online digital property agency platform in regards of social media campaigns, events, etc. You will be trained on how to provide excellent services to prestigious customers. You will learn how to negotiate with key stakeholders of property and try to close deals and make matches. You will also have to follow up on leads/ enquiries from new customers through online portal.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be a Bachelor Degree holder (majors in all disciplines are welcomed), with NOT more than 2 years of full time working experience after graduation. Fresh graduates are highly preferred. You should be a BIG believer of "performance based rewarding system". And you should expect a monthly guarantee basic salary of HKD 15,000 plus attractive commission potential. You should be able to work in fast paced environment and eager to grow together with the company.
