工作內容：

1. 負責日本房地產項目在香港、大陸地區的客戶開發與銷售執行；
2. 準確理解客戶需求，提供優質房產項目並制定專業投資建議計劃書；
3. 為客戶提供海外購房法律法規、貸款政策、交房、租賃等環節的專業諮詢；
4. 帶領銷售團隊以一對一VIP模式為客戶提供一站式解決方案與尊貴服務；
5. 維護現有客戶，積極實現再銷售。

Responsibilities:

1. Addresses the execution of Japanese real estate project in Hong Kong and mainland China, develops new clients.
2. Starts excellent real estate projects and provides professional investment proposals on the basis of accurate understanding of clients’ demands.
3. Provides professional consulting services for clients purchasing overseas properties about laws, loans, policies, property handover and leasing.
4. Leads the sale team and provides clients with one-to- one VIP agency services.
5. Maintains existing client relationships and proactively realizes possible resale.

基本要求：

1. 瞭解日本房產市場、政策，五年以上房地產銷售經驗；
2. 具海外房地產銷售經驗優先
3. 熱愛銷售工作，具備較強的溝通能力、抗壓性；
4. 具有良好的敬業精神、團隊精神、有明確目標；
5. 日語聽、說、讀、寫流利，有日本留學經歷尤佳；

Basic requirements:

1. Good understanding about Japan real estate market and relating polities, over 5 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales.
2. Oversea real estate marketing and sales work experience is preferred.
3. Passion of sales work, good social communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
4. Highly professional dedication, teamwork spirit and being goal-oriented.
5. Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese, good reading and listening skill in Japanese. Study experience in Japanese is preferred.
