Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle airfare quotation, check ticket conditions, ticket issuance and monitor ticket queues and flight schedule change.
  • Handle flight protection and arrange necessary follow up  
  • Collect service fee for administrative service charges and process payment
  • Handle and clarify enquiries for membership administration related activities ie. missing mileage, service fee, duplicate accounts. RSVPs, events and on-site support etc, determining the cause of the problem, thinking and explaining the best solution
  • Back up daily operational inbound calls for internal team about reservation and programme related enquiries
  • Handle outbound calls to follow up membership administration enquiries and complaints
  • Feedback members’ comments to superior for service improvement

 

 Requirements:

  • Diploma holder and at least 1 year customer service experience in working travel agency and airline industry
  • Knowledge in airline ticketing & reservation system is preferred
  • Excellent customer service mindset, assertive and results-oriented towards customer service delivery
  • Capable of communicating effectively in English, Chinese and Putonghua; having additional languages are preferable
  • Tactful in handling customers, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Cheerful and flexible with mature personality and ability to inspire a team
