The applicant is responsible to perform administrative duties and professional sales coordinate activities for local and international moves. This includes email enquiries, communications role with factories and customers for order follow up, coordinating shipments, sample arrangement and ad hoc assignment if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration support to Office Manager and sales team;
• Follow up orders (invoicing, place purchase order, goods return, handle I/E documents), coordinate and work closely with factory and customers;
• Handle business correspondences, reports (such as open orders, shipping schedule and monthly sales & purchase reports, etc.), filing system and confidential documents in professional manner;
• Control the supply chain form the initial order to the customer delivery;
• Assist with other daily administrative, operational duties and other ad-hoc assignments;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree Holder;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
• Well-organized, responsible, mature and a fast learner;
• Independent and demonstrates initiative, good communication, and problem solving skills;
• Strong ability to multi-task and also strong desire to provide high quality;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
