Our client is a large CSR company and is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join their team in Hong Kong. Working at ELEMENTS, an over one million square feet shopping mall located at 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon:

Responsibilities include:

• To handle enquiries/complaint and build harmonious relationship with members, tenants & visitors.
• Ensure the redemption & member registration procedures are up to services standard
• To carry out membership promotion and activities in the mall.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department on the execution of day-to-day mall operations and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management / Property Management or related discipline;
• Being customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills are added advantages
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Willing to work on shift.
• Fresh graduates are welcome with training experience preferred.
