Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily enquiries via phone, email and social media
- Maintain CRM to ensure accurate data in system
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey and compile reports
- Assist with marketing and promotion activities
Requirements
- Customer oriented
- Good intercommunication skills
- Familiar with social media tools, such as Whatsapp & Facebook messenger
- Achieve high troubleshooting and analytical skills with quick resolutions
- Manage along-term customerrelationshipby high-value experience
- A sound knowledge of cryptocurrency, such as Bitcoin, would be an advantage
