Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily enquiries via phone, email and social media
  • Maintain CRM to ensure accurate data in system
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey and compile reports
  • Assist with marketing and promotion activities

Requirements

  • Customer oriented
  • Good intercommunication skills
  • Familiar with social media tools, such as Whatsapp & Facebook messenger
  • Achieve high troubleshooting and analytical skills with quick resolutions
  • Manage along-term customerrelationshipby high-value experience
  • A sound knowledge of cryptocurrency, such as Bitcoin, would be an advantage
