職責：

• 一般客戶服務查詢;
•  透過網絡平台及電話解答客戶查詢;
•  能獨立完成上司指派的工作
  (不用銷售)
  

要求：

• 成熟、積極主動, 有上進心及有良好的溝通技巧;
•  熟練使用MS Word，Excel和中/英文文書處理;
•  良好普通話及粵語;
• 中文打字每分鐘30字;
• 歡迎應屆畢業生及新來港人士
• 願意超時工作、具客戶服務工作經驗、可即時上班優先
  
  

我們提供：

• 雙糧、花紅、五天工作、銀行假期、超時工作津貼、醫療福利、年假:7日(首年)10日(第二年)

工作時間:

• 上午9:30至下午6:30 或 中午12:00至下午09:00 或 下午2:00至下午11:00
  (固定上班時間，不需輪班)

工作地點:荔枝角

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle customers’ enquiries;
• Handle incoming enquiries by phone and QQ
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Manager
  
  

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above and relevant experience will be an advantage;
• Good command of Putonghua and Cantonese is MUST;
• Mature, customer minded with good interpersonal skill;
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word processing;
• Chinese Typing 30 words per min.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferred
