Job Duties:

• Follow up enquiries from customers and prepare quotations;
• Co-ordinate with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, venue and site staff to ensure a smooth execution of project;
• Day-to-day liaison with clients and suppliers on job progress;
• Plan and coordinate projects;
• Monitor on-site setup and ensure proper arrangement. Act as a contact point for various parties in order to ensure the smooth running of project management;

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with minimum of 4 years’ experience in event management/marketing/hospitality industry;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Attention to detail, energetic, pleasant and outgoing personality;
• Able to work under stress and independently with minimum supervision.
• Good time management and organization skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines;  
• Able to work on public holidays and outdoor work is required;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Project Executive

Attractive remuneration will be offered to the right candidate with alternate Saturday off and discretionary bonus.
