Responsibilities:

• Assists in formulating, planning and executing corporate development programs
• Keep abreast of the market trends and assist in developing & organizing marketing activities in order to facilitate the Group’s business growth
• Builds and maintains effective business relationship with key accounts
• Identify the opportunities of collaboration with potential clients to maximize brand visibility and business growth
• Coordinate and liaise with both external and internal stakeholders for project execution
• Lead a small team to achieve the assigned goals
• Performs ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration / Health Care or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing and business development experience in healthcare industry or insurance specialized in corporate medical scheme.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Asst. Business Development Manager
• Initiative, independent, with strong sense of responsibility
• Strong business acumen, energetic, well-organized, result-oriented, good analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable to work with all levels of people
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a must
• Proficiency in computer literacy (includes Chinese Word Processing)
