  Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up professionally via phone and email
• Capture order information efficiently and accurately
• Prioritize and handle multiple orders through to completion on time with, accuracy, speed & agility
• Follow up with payments and manage routine and custom orders
• Ensures orders are correct, picked up and delivered on time
• Nurture new and existing client relationships

Skills & Qualities:

• Have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be advantageous.
• Be a self-starter, organized, able to prioritize and have excellent attention to detail
• Have a confident, assertive, "Go-Getter" attitude as well as excellent phone and email manner
• Be willing to go 'above & beyond the call of duty' to make sure a customer is happy!
• Have a helpful team player attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and learn is a must!

Also:

• Sales & Marketing graduates and/or those with digital and social media experience a plus
• Knowledge of design, presentations and Adobe Illustrator is advantageous
